Five Star Warranty

A New 24 Month's Warranty (effective from 1st Jan 2011) - For Complete Peace of Mind

(All trolleys purchased before the 1st of January 2011 were supplied with a 12 month parts and labour warranty.)

All purchases on the Caddiemaster website are subject to the terms of the warranty as detailed below and the terms and conditions.  The link to the terms and conditions can be found at the bottom of this page.

Accidental damage is not covered by the terms of the warranty and will need to be paid for by the customer.

We make every effort to ensure that the products advertised on our site are of the very highest quality. We have worked with the manufacturers to continually improve the quality and reliability of the products we offer. Many of the products now come with easy to fit replacement parts.

  • Unless specified otherwise in the item description the warranty is for 24 months parts and labour. Should a problem arise with your trolley please contact our customer care centre and in most cases we resolve the problem by sending replacement parts. If required the buyer may have to return at their own cost the faulty item to us for repair. We would then repair/replace the item and deliver it back to the buyer.
  •  The batteries are supplied with a life expectancy of between 6 - 12 months. During the first 6 months we will replace the battery free of charge, followed by a replacement for the payment of the postage during the next 6 months. This is due to the many factors that influence the ability for a battery to hold its charge, for instance, storage conditions and temperature, how and when the battery is charged, how many times the battery is used and the type of course on which the battery is used.  Please see the procedure for returning a faulty battery below.
  • If you encounter a problem, please e-mail info@caddiemaster.co.uk . We will respond to e mails within 48 hours.
  • Please note that the Warranty covers component failure, and not wear and tear. Some items may be required, to be returned for inspection, prior to spares being issued.
  • Drive shaft and bearings need to be lubricated on a regular basis to avoid component wear and tear.

If your product is more than 24 months old, and it develops a fault, please contact us and we shall diagnose the fault and provide a quote to rectify the problem.
